Operation Executive

Description

The Operations Executive role is managing and optimizing waste collection and public cleansing services across the state. This position ensures that daily operations align with environmental standards, regulatory compliance, and community expectations.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, developing, implementing andsupervising of the plan and
  • schedules to ensure the effectiveness and on time collection of all waste andcleansing
  • services
  • Responsible to maintain good communication and co-ordination with the LocalAuthorities,
  • Supervising Unit and SWCORP.
  • Ensure operating cost is within budgets, operating plans and schedules areregularly
  • reviewed and updated.
  • Ensure that all cleansing truck/ equipment are in good operating condition,safe to use and
  • carry valid licenses and road taxes.
  • Manage the Public Complaint / Notice to Correct (NTC) / non - compliance andrectify
  • complaints promptly.
  • Uphold company good image professionally internally and externally.
  • Monitoring existing inventory, new area and GIS progress on daily basis
  • To communicate with subordinate on any issue for the best of company interest.

Education

Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in operations, engineering, or environmental related fields.

Experience

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent skills in paperwork, proposal and letter drafting. Able to communicate with all levels in an organization. Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
