Support Assistant

Description

Responsible for the documentation of cleansing and solid waste management activities and operation day to day.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1 Responsible to co-ordinate with all the relevant operation staffs to implement effective supervision to ensure proper day to day cleansing is done. 
2 To ensure daily service rendered to the entire operation route at the almost satisfaction to the public and the concern relevant authorities as agree upon.
3 To ensure all operation supervisors responsible to check daily and ensure that all the operation vehicles to leave the depot at the specified time as stated in Standard Operating Procedure.
4 Responsible to development of target and budget for the unit and also provide the management with periodic reports of planned activities, progress and problems for better solution.
5 To assist Service Unit Manager to monitor and provide the consumables and inventories report.
6 Provide the operation team a daily planned activities progress and also to hold discussions regularly to solve problems which arise from time to time.
7 To provide operation support for service unit as and when necessary.
8 Responsible to ensure cleansing and collection data in i-jadual is completed.
9 Responsible to ensure data cleansing & collection for Pusat Data Inventori Bersepadu (PIDB) is completed.
10 Responsibility to make sure all new out sourcing inventories or change to OPD within the stipulated time.
11 Responsible to provide the relevant data in assissting the SUM for E-Cop submission propose.
12 Responsible to submit complete inventory data for new area before 20th before the work carried out of the following month.

Accountabilities

1.Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant to Company E-Idaman Group of Companies policies and procedures.
Operation :  SWCorp, JPSPN, KPKT, 672 Act
2. Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality and integrity.

Education

Certificated or Diploma in any discipline and/or related

Experience
