Assistant

Description

To provide operational and administrative support to procurement unit so as to ensure the process is efficient, accurate, transparent and compliant with organizational.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.Support procurement process by handling the documentation.
2. Compiling monthly Report.
3. Purchase Order tracking (eg. estimate date goods delivery)
4. Purchase Order Processing (verifying, requisitions and supporting document)
5. Vendor communication.

Accountabilities

1.Ensure compliance with the requirement of local regulations and all others relevant statutory regulations and guideline, as well as all relevant to company E-Idaman Group of companies policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality and integrity.

1. Responsible to maintain good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and coordination between all other departments in achieving the compliance to the company's Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Anti Bribery Management System.

Education

1. Diploma in Engineering Automotive/ Science Computer/Logistic &Procurement. 2. Basic understanding of procurement procedure & supply chain.

Experience

1. 3 years experience in procurement, supply chain, admin or logistic roles. 2. Experience preparing POs, managing procurement files, and working with suppliers. 3. Proficient in Microsoft office & Procurement software . 4. Knowledge in procurement process. 5. Good in dealing and outsourcing new vendor/ supplier. 6. Analytical, problem solving and good communication skills.
