Assistant

Description

To provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsible to assist senior staff and management with day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, handling communications, and supporting the team to improve efficiency.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  2. Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
    • Maintain calendars for senior staff as directed.
  3. Communication & Reporting:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
    • Draft routine correspondence and memos.
    • Compile and submit reports as required by management.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related fields.

Experience

2–3 years in administrative, secretarial, or executive assistant roles.
