Assistant
Description
Provide system analysis, technical support, user requirement evaluation, training, vendor coordination, system implementation, documentation, backup management, and assist MIS operations and projects to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure business systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1 . Provide analysing existing/new computerized systems and design enhancements where appropriate.
2. Provide analysing to new requirement by the user to new / existing system.
3. Provide the technical support for networking systems, databases, software and hardware to the staff required by business.
4. To participate in system tests and implementation of new system as and when required.
5. To prepare and conduct the operating systems, software and application training to other department.
6. To provide the assistance of the co-party business plan material as and when required.
7. To liaise with vendor and service provider for pre-sales & after service.
8. To involve, evaluate and recommend new system enhancement (if any) to suite company’s needs.
9. Follow and participate in the system and implementations of the set-up and re-evaluate installed procedures to ensure proper applications.
10. To be responsible on documentation of procedures used in the systems.
11. Responsible to do daily backup on all system.
12. Provide technical guidance to staff on the operating systems, software application, networking connectivity and hardware support.
13. Provide assistance in the daily operations of MIS Department and also projects as and when required by the company.
14. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using programming, coding, and AppSheet platforms.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure compliance with local requirements and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all those related to E-Idaman Company Group policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for determining requirements related to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity.

Degree in any discipline and/or related
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in any and /or similar role / capacity
