Tasks & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth locally.
    • Oversee integrated marketing communications for cohesive messaging.
    • Conduct market research and set KPIs to measure campaign success.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with company goals.

  2. Branding:
    • Lead local marketing programs and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
    • Manage internal and external branding, including offices and showrooms.
    • Work with HR on employer branding to attract and retain talent.

  3. Event Management:
    • Plan and execute events (trade shows, product launches, operational activities and etc.).
    • Coordinate logistics, budgets, and promotional activities.
    • Work with Sales to generate leads and build client relationships.

  4. Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, email, etc.).
    • Optimize campaigns using analytics and data insights.
    • Oversee content creation for websites and social media.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HQ, vendors, and media.
    • Manage external partnerships and negotiate contracts.

  6. Public Relations & Communications:
    • Develop and execute public relations campaigns to raise awareness of the company’s services.
    • Act as the spokesperson for media inquiries and manage crisis communication during emergencies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the media and external stakeholders.
    • Create and distribute media releases, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand.
    • Develop communication strategies for internal and external audiences.

  7. Product / Service Marketing:
    • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to improve product / service marketing.
    • Execute product/service marketing through various campaigns and events.

  8. Budgeting & Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, including developing campaigns and measuring performance.
