1. Responsible to diagnose faults on vehicles and equipment
2. Responsible to carry out repair on vehicles and equipment
3. Identify, replace and install parts as per requirement
4. Responsible to carry out vehicle's condition inspection and repair recommendation status
5. Generate vehicles repair and maintenance related report
6. Responsible to fill up jobs sheet and order parts as required on repair and maintenance
7. Schedule and arrange vehicles and equipment for inspection and servicing
8. To prepare Fleet report such as fuel, vehicle daily, cost, vehicle history and others as requested by superior.
9. To ensure the vehicle and equipment are ready, sufficient and are in good condition at all time.
10. To keep track any repairing, servicing and maintaining work on company vehicle and equipment in tracking job
Commercial Vehicle Scheduled Maintenance
Starting, charging system and battery servicing
Lubrication and cooling system servicing
Intake, exhaust and fuel system servicing
Steering and suspension system servicing
Axle and wheel servicing
Minimum of 1 year experience in any and /or similar role/capacity
